Please be gentle with your ornaments! As this is not ceramic or stone, it can be scratched if you are super rough with it or put super sharp things with it in storage and it gets beat up.
I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom resin pieces. If your piece is damaged in the mail, send me a picture as soon as it arrives and I will do my best to repair it if it is possible for me to!
